Action Point offers several options for hiring our facilities, these are subject to availability but please do not hesitate to enquire.
Prices & session times
  • Large Hall - £60 per session (9.30 – 12.30 or 1pm - 4pm).
  • Small Hall - £35 per session  (9.30 – 12.30 or 1pm - 4pm).
  • Boardroom - £35 per session (9.30 – 12.30 or 1pm - 4pm).
  • Meeting room - £20 per session (9.30 - 11:30 or 2pm - 4pm).
  • Sensory room - £10 per hour/Free for day service members during session. (9.30am - last booking 3pm).
  • Hourly rates considered subject to availability of rooms. Discounts available on block bookings with deposits.

Tea/Coffee & biscuits £1 per head

Large Hall - £60/Session:

A great space for conferences, events and meetings.
Projector, large screen and a white board is also available for use.
Hearing loop available subject to availability.
This room comfortably seats  50-60 people.

Small Hall - £35/Session:

Ideal for smaller meetings, our small hall is a comfortable room with tables & chairs, a sofa and pool table.
The room comfortably seats 12 people (not including the sofa which also seats 6).
Mobile projector, small projector screen and white board available.

Board Room - £35/Session:

A good sized meeting room.  Can be laid out as board room or classroom.
Projector, large screen and a white board is also available for use.
Hearing loop available subject to availability.
This room comfortably seats  12-14 people.

 Small Meeting Room - £20/Session:

An ideal room for small meetings/interviews. The room can accommodate 4-8 people.

Sensory Room - £10/Hour:

Our sensory room 'Sensory Space' is equipped with various items that promote relaxation and/or sensory stimulation.
We have a heated waterbed, bubble tube, light boxes, fibreoptic ropes and projectors. We also have an array of sensory toys, instruments and fidgets. The changing table and hoist is available for use.
